Appointments / Scheduling

Appointments and SchedulingOur warm and welcoming staff is ready to assist you with scheduling your appointment. Please call 210-509-7462. Please be ready to provide your basic demographic information as well as your insurance information so we can ensure there are no delays with your appointment.

If you are a member of an HMO Plan, Dr. Hussain must be listed on your insurance card as your Primary Care Physician (PCP).

Please bring your insurance card and a picture ID to your visit.

New Patients

New PatientsWelcome to ProCare! Our patient forms are available on this website for your completion/review if you would like to complete before you arrive; otherwise we ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

In addition, please bring in all medications that you are currently taking so that the doctor can review these with you.

Prescription Refills

Please allow 3-5 business days for routine refill requests. Refills will not be completed after hours or on weekends.


Please allow 5-7 business days for a referral
